No posição 3:10 temos ao meu ver aplicação do Tsukami Uke adicionado ao Juji Uke. O karateca em geral precisa rever as formas de aplicações dos golpes, não somente em pé. O vídeo trás acredito que essa possibilidade de análise.
At position 3:10 we have in my view Tsukami Uke application added to Juji Uke. The general karateka needs to review the ways the blows are applied, not just standing up. The video behind I believe this possibility of analysis.

That double kidney shot would have done nothing to stop that attack. The Judo or Jujitsu practitioner would simply have just continue on and finish the fight with a submission .

I love Naka-sensei but this guy would have his ass on a platter. Great to see them exchanging ideas. Always incorporate at least basic Ju-jitsu into your library because if you don't know ground basics and you meet a BJJ, MMA, or JuPlayer like this guy then you're done if they get you down.

Yuki Nakai is a humble hero and the only true Warrior in the room, mentoring tone of a karate guy is appauling. Please Guys, watch the movie Choke! First compete vale tudo rules against peak Rickson, Gordeau etc., then teach him your untested Bullshido. Truly sad.
You must not of heard of Naka-sensei’s plight of single-handedly defending his dojo against openly hostile forces through the night with a wooden sword.

FoieGras but have you seen the tournament? The documentary ”Choke" is on RUclips. Yuki Nakai partially lost his sight there, but kept fighting. And the rules were more extreme than modern mma. Watch it man, if you haven't. Craig Pittman, Gerard Gordeau and Rickson were not hooligans you can fight off with a stick. The karate guy NEVER faced such people, ruleset or not. And a high school wrestler would probably rape him on the ground. And yet he teaches Nakai some katas and the guy just accepts it with humility.

Right would "rape" him. You obviously don't speak English so I'll let you off with this one. In a competition setting under wrestling rules again? First of all, yes he HAS faced those types of people by the dozens. You think he got to this point in his life without having to take on all sorts of challengers? But you do know there IS a disciple of Karate that DID compete under those rule-sets, right? He mowed on through. He kind of handicapped himself AND won.
Second, he was actually being friendly here with the knowledge exchange. He wasn't trying to dominate Nakai-sensei verbally or physically, but to show him there were similarities. If you can find fault with that,...well, I don't know what to say, except you're in the wrong dojo pal!
And uh. The mysteries of the kata runs even deeper than those techs bro! Let me tell you a secret about martial arts. They ALWAYS go through that stage with something new and exciting, winning a few bouts here and there because of momentum, but in the end, it's an art that is shallow and can ONLY be used to fight those types of battles. Eventually, they're relegated to a side position when the TRULY good guys from other styles show. I've got a lot more to say on the subject, but I'll leave it at that.
